Very friendly helpful staff , everyone was very kind , from the lovely cleaners to bar/ waiting staff and management. Very clean rooms and facilities and huge comfortable bed. Iron and ironing board bought to our room as soon as we asked.

Quaint old building with some modern extensions. Friendly owner (Julie). Comfy bed, firm mattress. Parking right outside. Easy and quite nice walk 5 - 10 mins into Totnes. Nice garden to sit in if warm and sunny. Breakfast food was good. Quiet establishment and area.
