Nothing! Curtains were broke so all hanging down & letting light in, bed was so uncomfortable and could feel the springs through the mattress! Requested another pillow as only had 3 very thin pillows for 2 people & was told they had no pillows in the whole building left & fire alarm went off at 4.30am and that whole thing was a shambles!!!

"It was good enough for me for a couple of days with a nice view by the river, friendly staff. The shops and restaurants are on-site. Good, free overnight parking. Near lakeside shopping, near the outlet mall. Good location, good price. Just for a good night's sleep is sufficient. I am definitely coming back. Never discouraged by the review."

The hotel could do with a general make over in the communal areas the rooms were nice and big , cleaning could be improved especially in the exceptional times with live in. Great location for The Lakeside shopping Centre and Ikea, a lot of road noise being so close to M25 .

Firstly, we got an upgrade to executive.

Firstly, we got an upgrade to executive. The room itself was spacious. There were complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, coffee machine to use and bottled mineral water. There was a flat screen TV, comfy bed, valuables safe, iron, ironing board, mini shower gels etc with clean towels. The only thing I can say, is our room service phone wasn't working. Great value for money and the staff are very polite too! We had breakfast with our room and that was nice too!

Perfectly placed for Tilbury. Lovely view of the lake from the bedroom, It's hard to imagine an M25 motorway service with such a view. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is a former Travelodge, now being run by someone else, and the terrific value for money more than outweighs one or two little quirks that suggest the management is at present a bit inexperienced.

Absolutely nothing this hotel was like something out of Jeffery dahmer we was put in the room in the basement next to the bins there was flys everywhere, didn’t get a wink of sleep due to the bin shoot and the bin man. This was absolutely diabolical, and they refused to give us a refund.

The only positive about this hotel is its location and the fact the rooms have walls, a ceiling, a floor, water and a window.
