Friendliness of staff. They remembered us from a stay we had 4 months ago!! Big shout out to Abigail on Reception and the Duty Manager who was on that night (27/05). They catered for my daughter’s allergies superbly and even made her a VIK. Swimming pool was lovely and warm too.

Location spot on for Haydock races. We have stayed years ago when this was a premier inn, the standards under current owners even better. Rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped.

Location-perfect! Great to have safe & secure car parking. Friendly and personable staff-nothing too much trouble. Relaxed environment. Lovely facilities. Shame we couldn’t stay longer!!!! Will definitely come back.
