Great helpful staff , superb spa facilities and treatments, good choice of eating places in hotel and lovely cafe staff.

Will use this hotel every time on London visits esp winter months long dark nights for 2-3 weeks. Highly recommended and after tough time in hospital this hotel got me much better instead!!
