Location is fantastic, lovely neighbourhood, supermarket is in the building, all what is needed is on a walking distance including Croissette. Parking place is excellent and in front of the building. Apartment is great and comfortable equiped with all that someone need for a stay.

The apartment was big, with a terrace. The bathroom is huge. The aparthotel is part of a senior home, or something like that, that's why the apartments have accessibility functionalities.

There are many shops very close, even a nice boulangerie right accross street.
I would not recommend le cannet as a destination. The flat was uncomfortable so we went for a walk but it’s a really gritty area
There are better places outside of Cannes to enjoy your holiday in the south coast
The rooms were spotless and spacious. There was a balcony that was lovely to sit out on in the evening. They had a fully stocked kitchenette that would be very handy if you were staying for more than a night. We were only there for a short stay. We arrived at 7pm and left at 6.30am so didn't get to use any facilities in the hotel. But for the time we were there we were very happy
Apartment owner is really good person. I talked with him a lot and we become a good friend. Apartment is near the supermarket, bakery and buss stop. So it is very convenient in the case you use buses as your mode of transportation. It is located 12 min to Cannes Station by bus. The apartments are very quiet as it is not located on a main street and are inhabited by locals.
it was my second time returning to Nathalie’s apartment and the stay was as lovely as the first. Easy check-in with great communication. The apartment is a 20 min walk from Cannes city centre with a bus stop right outside the accommodation. Extremely convenient & cosy.
Very nice apartment. Everything is new and well decorated. And as the name says the Patio is really great to sit outside. Very well done. Its not in the center of Cannes, but in Le Cannet.. its 22 minutes walk from the apartment to the beach.. not far and hill down.

A lot of space in the appartment, quiet location inside a senior residence, safe parking spot inside the underground garage, good connection to the centre of Cannes by bus, 4 min walk to supermarkets, polite staff, clean rooms
Great and friendly staff and clean hotel. Nice charming little town around. There is free parking around the hotel however for the peace of mind, I recommend paying for the private one at the hotel.
