Conveniently located for our journey and easy to find. Good restaurant open on Sunday evening with views over the river. Room was reasonably comfortable and clean. Secure car park.

What a find! We loved everything, spacious comfortable bedroom, an exceptional meal, and the staff were very friendly. Lovely walks from the property, perfect for stretching the legs before our onward journey.

Our room had a nice courtyard view and you could see a castle on the hilltop.
Parking option was handy.
You could walk everywhere from our hotel and they gave us a map and explained where everything was.
Le 1881 Ampuis is spacious, spotlessly clean, very well appointed, has easy access, free on site parking and best of all…fantastic hosts. We could not ask for anything better!!! Superb. 10/10
