Staff were all very helpful - there was a 24 hour snack service if required i did not use this service -value for money - private bathroom - compact but functional - lift working - internet offered but i did not use that service - small but sufficient continental breakfast to start the day was included but check your booking - i would rebook if i visit barcelona again

Good budget friendly place to stay while visiting Barcelona. Plenty of local shops and restaurants within walking distance. Has a Metro station from where its easy to reach any other part of Barcelona. After spending two nights there, in my opinion, it seems like a safe area with a low crime rate.

Terrible hosts.
Terrible hosts. Failed to meet at agreed check in, and 2.5 hours late. Ignored communications.
Description inaccurate - 50 steps to climb with cases. Smaller than photos suggest.
So bad we did not stay a single night but moved to a better accommodation.
Trying to get a refund but host lied to booking for com.

Lots of great restaurants within walking distance at a lower price point than we found elsewhere in Barcelona. Most places closed pretty early which was unfortunate with jet lag, but there were a couple restaurants open till midnight and a 24 hour market.

We asked for a different room because the first one smelled...
We asked for a different room because the first one smelled of cigarettes. The second one still did but a bit less so we figured this would be the best we could get. The room has direct view to the highway, the air conditioning probably hasn’t been cleaned for a decade, so I got an allergic reaction from it. Breakfast is just a sandwich, coffee and juice from the bar downstairs. They say they have Parking but is always “full” so we had to pay 18 euros per day to park the car.
Super super overpriced for the area and the overall experience.
It was fairly clean.
Would not stay here again, neither would recommend it.

It's nice because there are a lot less people than in the center of Barcelona. Wide streets, lots of parks, everywhere you can buy some fruit, bread, water, some food. There is a big flea market on Tuesdays. There are nice beaches and lots of parks for children.

It is very close to the rail station and tram stop, so to get to the centre was very easy and quick. I appreciated the quietness of the area and being very close to the sea, out of the tourist noise. I also went a few times to the local pool for a swim, which is just 3 minutes away from the place. The hosts are genuinely caring and trying to help if anything is needed. I also liked that you can easily get to Badalona, even while walking along the sea or taking one stop by train. It is nice place to visit, with some beaches there.
Welcoming apartment near Barcellona, between the metro L2 line (Antigues-Saint Andria) and railway R1 line (Saint Andrià de Besos). With all comfort and some extra, like dish washer. Walking on the little corridor you can find a terrace with sofa, for good time with your family. The area is quite and there are supermarket, lovely bar for breakfast and every type of restaurant around. Cristian is a careful landlord and help you in whatever you need.

It’s perfect for families….big apartment, toys for children, location is very calm.
In the other hand, for young people, couples i think it’s a bit too calm and nothing much to do around the venue.
Good thing is that they have the best organised public transport: close at the apartment are stations for tram, bus & train. They ride very often to Barcelona city which is 10min away by train or to Badelona with very nice beaches and lovely vibe (3 min by train).
We enoyed our vacation in Barcelona. The apartment was really nice, clean and perfect for five persons. Towels for the shower, the beach and bed lines were in the apartment for all persons. The metro and train station is only 5 minutes away and we were in 10 min in the city by train. So it was central! Floriane was very helpful and hospitable:)She helped us a lot and cared very much!
Perfect starting point to explore Barcelona. Near to the bus, tram and train. Good connection to the metro. Basic shops close to the Apartment. Flat Was cleaned up, good equipped and functional. WI-FI works excellent. No problem with hot water in bath. I can recommend this place in 100%.
The hotel was spotless, and the staff were courteous. My only complaint is that the shower was extremely small. There are stores and restaurants surrounding the hotel, and the subway is only four blocks away. I will be returning for a two-week stay in February of 2024.
the price is very good and the address is much better than you can think. it close to the beach, it’s a nice place to walk, only locals live there, what I like. you can take the metro L2 and you will literally everywhere very fast

The room was small but clean (there was cleaning service every day) and the hotel is very close to a metro and bus station which was very convenient when coming from/going to the airport/city center.
Hotel walking distance to tram and metro, easy to get about into center of Barcelona for tourist locations. Good quality cafes near by , much cheaper than tourist locations.
We like the hotel. The room is very nice and clean. The bed has some weird sound when you move, but it was ok. It is exactly like on photos. The location is good.
Really enjoyed nice location not far away from metro station and from the seaside. Great for some local food and tapas for a good price. Hotel was clean and calm.
