Though not the easiest place to get to it was possible to leave the car not far away. The reception was friendly and efficient and both reception area and bedroom had a lot of character. We were less enthusiastic about the bathroom for, though of a good size and impeccably clean, the only partly operative jacuzzi unit took up a disproportionate amount of space. A restaurant was proposed to us little more than five minutes' walk away and it proved excellent for an evening meal whilst even closer bars and cafes were also available. Breakfast at the hospederia was not memorable and, in terms of value for money, we felt that the overnight stay was only average but it is extremely well located within an interesting little town.

This hotel is beautiful, located on a river in a charming village. There is a wine bar and a great restaurant, perfect place to stay if you want to go wine tasting in Rioja. The staff were super nice and accommodating as we were traveling with a 1 year old.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially Nor. Great location, close to all Rioja area bodegas and wine destinations. Loved the vibe: clean, modern hotel that was very manageable; not a big "mega" American-style chain hotel. Especially enjoyed the outside terrace for wine and coffee; loved the vibe and fact that locals co.e by and enjoy it too. Will definitely recommend it to friends: great value and greT location. Absolutely stunning interiors, beautifully renovated room in old style with an enormous bed, bathroom with jacuzzi. The way all the old parts were preserved but still made into a super comfortable hotel room was admirable. The little town is also charming with nice green areas and a nice Plaza and very close to Haro.
This is ridiculous- I have written three different times to tell you and the hotel why I canceled the night before( it is NOT on the Camino nor can bags be transported there)but I keep getting messages asking how my stay was - please settle this
