The room we got was huge, plenty of room for all our stuff... there was a fully equipped kitchenette, and overall the room was very clean and comfortable. We arrived quite late for the check-in, so the doors were locked and there was no staff present, however, we called the number of the property and someone came right away to give us our room keys.

The equipment is no longer the youngest, but there is everything you need to spend a few days: a large room and bathroom, lots of wardrobes, hangers in the bathroom, comfortable bed, TV, fast WiFi, plentiful breakfast and kind hosts. The family atmosphere of a small guesthouse. Several small ski resorts nearby. We've been twice and will probably be back again.

Very cosy little apartment withing 10 minute walk of the town centre and the bus station. Very good base for exploring the krkonoše. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Vrchlabi is big! This property is located southend 5km from center. On bike or with car no problem. Krkonose and Spindleruv mlyn is 20mins ride. There is nice big living space with 5 leather sofas and fire place. Kitchen is well equiped. And you can take many different local wine for reasonable price from shelve. Cool infra saune, which to my suprprise did actually worked very well, thus I am not big fan of infra saunas, this one changed my mind a bit :)
Location is amazing right in the center of Vrchlabi. Free underground car park to keep the car warm and dry :D
Staff were brilliant, Barbora was extremely helpful and pleasant. The IT reception is 50 steps from the apartment building.
Apartments are in the same building as a small shopping center so you have large grocery, shops, cafe, bakery, pizza, and a beautiful restaurant just by taking an elevator.
The Hotel is very central, has easy access to a supermarket and lots of other shops as it's within a shopping mall. The town is very nice and well located within the region to access multiple good skiing locations (at least for kids as that what we came for). The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed for the stay. The reception was always very helpful and nice.

Perfect stay, everything on place, beer, water, snacks that you can buy without searching for open grocery store. Grill with all equipment. Great owner (perfect english), very helpful with every question you have, actually more helpful that you could imagine or expect. We will definitely come back if will be Vrchlabi ever again.
Very clean, neat, and light property. Responsive, welcoming, and considerate host. The property has everything you need for either a short or long stay. Situated in the center of Vrchlabi - everything you would need is near it - shops, parks, supermarkets, post, bus and railway station. Can't recommend it enough!
The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The room was warm and well setup for storing skiing equipment. There was plenty of hot water for showering. A microwave was provided. Shopping for food supplies and ordering take out from the center of Vrchlabi was convenient.
