This hotel is a hidden gem. It looks more like a traditional English hotel, which makes it even more appealing. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfasts are delicious and healthy. Maybe there are fewer ingredients than in a big commercial hotel, but still, this is more than enough. And They love dogs. They really do. We were offered a cozy dog bed for our dog, adorable dog bowls, and snacks - this was the first we experienced such hospitality. We will definitely come back here in the future.

The room we got was huge, plenty of room for all our stuff... there was a fully equipped kitchenette, and overall the room was very clean and comfortable. We arrived quite late for the check-in, so the doors were locked and there was no staff present, however, we called the number of the property and someone came right away to give us our room keys.

The equipment is no longer the youngest, but there is everything you need to spend a few days: a large room and bathroom, lots of wardrobes, hangers in the bathroom, comfortable bed, TV, fast WiFi, plentiful breakfast and kind hosts. Vrchlabi is big! This property is located southend 5km from center. On bike or with car no problem. Krkonose and Spindleruv mlyn is 20mins ride. There is nice big living space with 5 leather sofas and fire place. Kitchen is well equiped. And you can take many different local wine for reasonable price from shelve. Cool infra saune, which to my suprprise did actually worked very well, thus I am not big fan of infra saunas, this one changed my mind a bit :)
We were really pleased with our stay at “Pension 444” as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. Location is great 3-4 min by foot to the ski resort. Also it is very convenient that it was kitchen in the first floor so you can cook and enjoy your meal. Rooms are very comfortable and clean.

The Hotel is very central, has easy access to a supermarket and lots of other shops as it's within a shopping mall. The town is very nice and well located within the region to access multiple good skiing locations (at least for kids as that what we came for). The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed for the stay. The reception was always very helpful and nice.

Located in the center of Vrchlabi, but it is really quiet, apartment is spacious and clean. It has little kitchen, but there are a lot of restaurants in neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised by host as we received New Year's Eve package (champagne, sweets and nuts). It was a very nice touch. We could bring a dog for a small fee per night.
Perfect stay, everything on place, beer, water, snacks that you can buy without searching for open grocery store. Grill with all equipment. Great owner (perfect english), very helpful with every question you have, actually more helpful that you could imagine or expect. We will definitely come back if will be Vrchlabi ever again.
The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The room was warm and well setup for storing skiing equipment. There was plenty of hot water for showering. A microwave was provided. Shopping for food supplies and ordering take out from the center of Vrchlabi was convenient.
