Very spacious rooms. Great view from the balcony overlooking the river. Within walking distance of train station, plenty of eating and shopping, and the sites. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is exceptional. Loved keeping the window and balcony doors open at night to get the breeze and hear the running river.

The location was excellent, a short 10 minute walk to Luzern Station, very convenient for transport to main activities, close to good restaurants and the Rosengart Art Gallery. Very friendly concierge and excellent 'all you can eat' breakfast.

Our room was comfortable and roomy. The chandelier, window seat and view made it exquisite! Location perfect! Enjoyed Vesper lounge view and pizza! The buffet breakfast was worth the $. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very convenient location easily walkable to all the city tourist sights. Next to an indoor mall with grocery and eating options.
It's a nice village close to Luzern and Stans. You can easily get the train to Luzern or Engelberg and visit the Stanserhorn bahn or the Titlis bahn. Where you can ski, take in the beautiful views or do some walking.
It is by the lake and there are some good restaurants close by and also by the lake with lovely views and good pizza! you can also take a nice walk around the lake too.

A 16-minute train journey from Luzern and well worth it for the lakeside views and its proximity to Stans.
Try to get a room with a balcony and a view of the lake.
Breakfast is very good.
Its adjacent pizzeria was warm and welcoming with a lovely smell of woodsmoke and the best pizzas I have ever tasted.
Good choice of starters and desserts too.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with attention to detail. The hotel location was a short, easy walk to the water. Additionally, we had dinner and breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. We experienced excellent service and exceptional food! The restaurant was busy but had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Finally, the hotel's bakery was a bonus; we did not leave empty-handed. We would stay here again!
We like the host service specially “Alexandra”, she helped us a lot with all our concerns, as she made free upgrade to the best suite. The hotel is in good location with view direct to the lake and quite area. Also our suite is high quality furniture and nice design. In addition, there is bakery, grocery and restaurants 1 min walking from the hotel. Surly we will return back to this hotel again!

The location was great, with two restaurants nearby, within walking distance. The staff was very friendly, and the beds were comfy. We were staying in the Junior Suite which had a beautiful view of the lake. If you are taking the ferry to Mt. Pilatus, there is a pickup point right next to the hotel, only steps away. Would highly recommend!!
No lakeside view from the street-side hotel but go 50 yards around the corner and there it is. Good food and very friendly staff. Nothing to excite but a well kept hotel with all facilities at a very reasonable (Swiss) price . Easy walking distance to a station with quick travel to Lucerne or towards the mountains. Easy access to motorway.
Very nice hotel by the lake. Staff were super nice. There is a wellness center in the basement which you can reserve for free. Includes sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi. Breakfast was nice. It had fresh orange juice! Since it was Christmas, they gave out luck draw prizes and receive two bottles of wine! This was an excellent hotel!!
Location on Lake Lucerne was great, and near mountains and hiking. Parking under the hotel was convenient and not too expensive. Breakfast was good, and staff very helpful. Old town, just a short train ride away.
