Friendly staffs, thanks to the driver taking us from and to the station, we had two heavy luggages which making walking difficult, but it is only 10mins walk from the station to the hotel. Great outdoor areas. Best breakfast of the month in Europe, wide variety and everything tastes really good. The pool and spa were great also.

It was the second time that we have chosen this hotel on our way to Italy. It's nicely located - beautiful views and close to the high way, but also good for a quick trip to Luzern. The breakfast was very rich and delicious. We also had a tasty dinner at their restaurant. We were travelling with 5-month old baby and everything was very convenient.
