Just the best of the best for me! The surroundings are crazy beautiful, I was drunk from the mountains air and herbs, lovely view from the garden, comfort of the room, the food! I enjoyed in the restaurant just enormously! I got fresh bread at the morning in a box near the door - tasty breakfast with mortadella and cheese.

The room was clean with an ensuite and our dog was allowed in both the room and the restaurant. All the staff were polite and helped us out by providing a tube of toothpaste that we had forgotten to pack. We were able to park our car outside. The Albergo was easy to find from the motorway.

Had a wonderful stay. Even by Swiss standards, it’s exceptionally calm, relaxing, and exactly the perfect place for a mental health break. Would go back again! Exceptional value for money as well.
I usually do not take part to business evaluations; however, this time, I feel the urge to testify.
I was caught in a very strong rain on the way to the hotel; when I arrived the two people welcomed me warmly, offered me a towel and felt very sorry for me. One of the employees offered to drop me at a restaurant in his car, so I could avoid the rain again.
The employees walked the extra-mile and provided an exceptional service. I would definetly come back to this hotel if I have the opportunity again
The room was great - a big bed, small but nice and comfortable kitchen, bathroom is clean and big. Everything was clean and fresh. Breakfast was great - some pieces of cheese, croissants, juice, fruits in the fridge and many more.
The staff was great - they met and showed us the room, explained all the details and were flexible with check-in/out.
Parking at the hotel is a great option. Happy that we know now this hotel - will stay next time 100%
I cannot fault anything with this hotel, locaton was right at the boarder exactly what I wanted, yes was slightly noisey at night but hey that outweighed the warmest welcome we received when we arrived followed by the warmest welcome over breakfast. We were too late to have dinner but if the breakfast is to go by im sure it would be great

This place is an old fashioned hotel, looking like it's coming from the 80's! However, it is very clean and staff very friendly. The location is very good as it's just across the train station and for someone like us who could not stay in Como, it's ideal to choose. Would also recommend to people who would want to avoid the crowds in Como. We usually do not include breakfast, so I do not have anything to say about it.
Excellent location 3 minutes walk from Chiasso station. you are next to the border and have decent options of restaurant on both side (IT and CH). You can receive the Ticino Card allowing you to travel everywhere in Ticino, every destinations are less than 1 hour by train (Lugano, Bellizona, Locarno, etc)
You can also train to Milan in 45 minutes by regional train for around 11chf back and forth
The location is great, a short walk to the train station and nested in the town central business district with coffee shops and small boutiques around it. The price partially reflects this location, but iit s still good value for Switzerland. The hotel restaurant serves traditional German dishes and Swiss classical meals, all at high quality standards.
2 minute walk from chiasso train station. hotel is H Touring from google maps so dont be confused. stayed at 4th floor this was a last minute book cause I had my passport stolen and bag lost at lugano. checked in 11pm and they allowed for extra checkout time. they let us borrow extra power adapter and umbrella. the only best part of our miserable trip.
Room was lovely and very comfortable, with a nice view. Location perfect, very a stone's throw away from the train station.
Walkable distance to what was the town centre - and also cross over to the Italian border.

Quite corresponding to the anticipated information. Practical to go downtown Chiasso, at least by car, by foot possible but not agreable because of the underpassages to the railway. But at this price you cannot hope to have things at this price.
I enjoyed all facilities, Reception, and breakfast. I broke my nail upon arrival and didn't have a file with me, the nail was so annoying during my travel, but at the hotel room there was a file in, I was so happy ☺️
The hotel is very near the train station. It is a perfect place to stay in and move either to como or lugano for leisure. 5 min from como and about 25 from Lugano.
