The remote beach location is everything you can wish for if you need a good rest in a paradise-like location. Palmas beach was one of the nicest we've seen on this side of the island, with a restaurant in front of the accomodation which is part of the same family run business. The staff was super friendly and helpful, food delicious (even though you run out of new options after a few days of eating there the whole day), breakfast was superb, and daily room cleaning was included. The room and bathroom were spacious and nice, despite the lack of AC.

The strongest point of this hotel is its location. It's right on a very beautiful beach. There are few restaurants or hotels on this beach, which is good and bad. You have to move everywhere by boat (which is quite expensive) or on foot. The staff was very friendly but quite unprofessional.

Sissi is super friendly and really helpful, we had a few blackouts on the island but she did everything she could to help! The rooms are lovely and there is a nice area to chill in. The breakfast is amazing.

When we flushed the toilet it leaked out the bottom. We alerted staff and they said maintenance would like but not it definitely wasn’t resolved during our stay!
