There is nothing to like about this place except the facility is on the seafront. There is no cleaning and no room service. This is the first and last time I stayed in this facility. I will not even be going to recommend anyone else.

i liked the restaurant near the main road of the city, i believe 10km distant form the hotel.
there was a mechanic close to the hotel and the staff pointed me to this place to fix my back door which was not closing.
the mechanic didn[t charge for the fixing... and fixed that with a screwdriver in a minute, even stopping to attend another car. So was really helpful and efficient.

Nice beach areas but the city needs more infrastructure.
Nice beach areas but the city needs more infrastructure. It was difficult to find nice places to eat, there is virtually no nice restaurants at the sea shore and no boardwalk to walk around.
We went downtown Bertioga one day to look around and there was nothing of interest or nice places to walk.
The location is very convenient, close to the city center. The beach across the road is very nice too. The hotel territory is also really cosy, with the swimming pool, hammocks, beautiful trees and flowers etc. I loved the breakfast, fresh bread was amazing. Personnel was helpful. Surfing classes available at the same beach and also very affordable; great for beginners.
It is a quaint hotel with lots of character. I loved the direct access to a beach that was not overrun by swarms of people. The room was perfect size for the amount we were there. Bed was comfy and shower was warm. The breakfast was delicious and wifi worked well so we could use Google Translate. The staff was very hospitable.
The staff was very friendly and the accommodation very comfy. The aparthotel is very accessible. I was traveling with a disabled person and there were no issues with her accessing any part of the premise. I totally recommend you stay at this lovely location. I'm sure you will have a great time!
Location is amazing, right on the beachfront. They have sun chairs and umbrellas for every person so you don't have to worry about that. Food and drinks are good.

The hotel located on a wonderful location just on the beach. You can have breakfast or dinner like in the movies. The furniture is all made from nice wood, no cheap plastic chairs. The room is perfectly sized, breakfast is very good. Swimming pools are small but nice.
Perfect spot at a clean beach, The hotel staff cleaned the beach daily which became even cleaner. It is a nice place to take kids because we could get them straight from our room to the beach or pool, and all of our needs were accomplished.
