I visited with my daughters aged 5 and 9 in November. Despite being winter the stay was comfortable as we brought sleeping bags in addition to the provided bedding. The wood burner in the tent also took the edge off. The camp area is great with multiple fires and places to sit. It really feels magical and my girls loved it. The woods are lovely to walk round - we went spotting different types of mushrooms! If you are prepared for a bit of “back to nature” you will have a great time!

    Location wonderful ...beautiful sea view and sunset. Staff and customer service were exceptional . Sarah was a wonderful host...nothing was to much trouble. The service here is from the heart. Maria offered excellent customer service in conversations about the booking. The terrace is a beautiful place to have supper.

    Location was perfect for us, just a short taxi in to town, we would have walked but didn’t have the time due to booking this outstanding place very late, we loved ever single thing about this beautiful spot, surrounded by heaps of wildlife, cows grazing, ( I could go on ) couldn’t of been happier, we will definitely return here on a more planned visit and certainly more than a one night stay, we love Whitstable any way,but now we’ve found “Hillview” it’s the icing on the cake.

    Location was excellent as only a few minutes walk from many restaurants & shops . The Train Station was only 10-15 walk away . Was right on the beach lovely to have a balcony we saw some beautiful sunsets from here over the sea.

    Attractive ground floor room was spacious and very clean but not particularly comfortable as the single chair was very low. Bed was very comfortable. Evening meals were very good but little choice especially if staying for more than one night - no daily specials for example. Staff were friendly and helpful. View from restaurant was beautiful with beautiful sunsets. Outside space looked lovely but it was too cold to venture out there unfortunately. Relatively close to Whitstable if you're driving.

    Comfortable quiet suite with its own entrance and driveway parking, less than 10 minutes' walk to West Beach and the coastal path. Great pub nearby (sea views and sunset dining)! Lovely welcome from our host who provided lots of local info.

    What a little gem,a proper home from home,excellent location, a short walk to town and the sea front,living room is very cosy with fairy lights a lovely stove electric fire comfy sofa and rocking chair,charming kitchen, and a lovely bathroom and a powerful hot shower,bed is very comfortable and we slept very well. We adore Whitstable and was happy to find this place, hopefully be back again. Hosts left a bottle of wine and a tasty fruit cake

    Location, cleanliness, quality of bed linen and towels. All great. Hot shower too. We also enjoyed sitting in the sun in the garden and watching the birds and bees over breakfast.

    Upon arrival a little early was warmly welcomed into the hotel. Just loved it. Even had an upgraded balcony room and I would certainly return. The breakfast and choice was delicious and fresh. The view from the veranda simply perfect.
