We were impressed by this house, I will start with the fact that the price for one night is not high, especially if you go with a large company. We booked this house in part because there was a grill, we managed to grill meat and spend time outdoors. This house has everything you will need for a good rest, from dishes to floor scales. Everything is new and clean, a large number of beds. The kitchen is well equipped, there is everything you need for cooking. I also want to note the friendliness of the staff, all our questions were answered. We will be happy to come back here again

Everything, great location and nature around, spacious, warm and clean pools, kids playgrounds, nice personnel. Amazing place for family retreat.
Amazing place really close to promanade. We were given instructions by the host how to get to the property, after we have settled in the host gave us a little tour and explained how to use the facilities. The bath and sauna were absolutely stellar. We were also offered some simple refreshments (coffee, coke and mineral water). It was amazing stay and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a bit of luxury near the centre of Novi Sad.

It feels like a village home, silent location, fresh air, green environment...and the place offers many free channels on tv and Netflix, that was unexpected.
This is not a luxury hotel, but a very comfortable place to stop on the road. House is located in quiet village close to motorway. We stayed for one night on the way back home. Room is small but sufficient. For those who stay longer there is a garden, fully equipped kitchen and common room. Excellent host. We recommend it.
Absolutely stunning location amongst the pine trees with a river views ,this luxury house offers a tranquil atmosphere to enjoy. it’s decorated to hight standard in a very homely manner and is much bigger then on the photos. The ground around the house is beautiful and has many cosy corners and tables to sit & enjoy. You feel good staying at this villa and combined with nice walks nearby, this was a perfect holiday for us we would happily come back. Special thank you to the owners, Boris and Filip who made us so welcome.
