LOVED OUR SHORT VISIT We were welcomed warmly and shown around the beautiful property. Breathtaking views, we loved our room. We will return for another visit soon. Nestled by the serene coast, the self-contained apartment provided an idyllic retreat. The well-appointed space blended modern comfort with coastal charm, offering a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. Days were spent strolling along the pristine shoreline and evenings enjoying picturesque sunsets. It was more than accommodation; it was a symphony of nature and luxury, etching memories of tranquility and beauty.
What a fantastic few days I had at Kauri Villas. The cottage was lovely and quiet, very clean and well appointed. I enjoyed the nightly spa - what a treat! It was also nice to take a bush walk on the property. It is such a wonderful piece of paradise. The owners, Mike and Andrea, were very friendly and hospitable. They were also very accommodating when there was an issue with the online booking.com platform. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend.
The owner was very helpful about locating my phone charger, which I left behind when we left. The villas have beautiful views, are very quiet, with parking nearby, and security, stayed warm, the kitchenette was well stocked, and the dishwasher was very much appreciated. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine!
Everything about Doubtless Bay Villas is wonderful! We were met by Mark who showed us through the villa and pointed out the places to go and things to do. His knowledge of local fishing was exactly what my husband needed as he had brought his fishing rod all the way from Australia and caught exceptional fish just minutes from our villa!
The Host was extremely welcoming. The bed was the best bed I have ever slept in and the pillows soft and luxurious. A great breakfast included in the price : granola, fruits greek yohurt, toast and jam etc and a Nespresso machine! Bloody brilliant ! Very close to Kerikeri village. Definitely recommend and would stay here again next time. A delightful garden retreat that feels like home. Well done !
