We stayed at the private cabin outside. The staff was very welcoming, and the cabin itself had everything we needed. The outside area is full of hidden gems and scenic spots. Only thing to note is that the mattress is very soft so take it into account if you suffer from back pains. Definitely recommend!

The House is super well situated, clean, well distributed in terms of rooms, beds are comfy, équipement is high class. We had perfect stay and surely will return.

In a quaint village in Hardanger, lies this hotel with a long history of taking care of travelers and we were in luck to stumble upon the place in May - and we were truly positively surprised and would love to come back!
The pictures can't describe the beauty of the location. The room is very cozy, well equiped, really nice decorated, and good quality. The view is incredible. The little house is straight out of a fairytale. The village is also nice and the surroundings are magnificient.
Apt 225 is well maintained and nicely located on the water front. There is one bedroom on the ground floor, that can get noisy when the neighbours come back late and talk just in front in the window. Two bedrooms upstairs ate nicer. Shop nearby on the way to Rosendal. A very good Thai take away in the next village in the other direction, next to a Spar.
AMAZING place to stay! Direct on the Fjord , perfectly quiet and clean, and the camp ground is also so quiet and clean. Would absolutely stay here again . There's also a lot of hiking opportunities in the area as well as a lovely walk into the village that has a good pizza place and a bakery.
We spent one night in this lovely hotel with a view on the Fjord. Really loved the small village feel and it was a perfect stop on our route

Stayed in a separately located apartment by the village quay. Very convenient central location with great view of the fjord and easy access to a variety of nature walks, very spacious accommodation with 2 bedrooms, and excellent facilities including fully equipped kitchen.
A wonderful place well suited for much more than us 3. There were in total 5 bed rooms a big living place and nice kitchen. Everything was totally easy and relaxed amd the hosts were very nice. The kajaks free to rent at the harbor were a fantastic add on to make a tour around the bay. The little pizzeria at the harbor is beautiful and so is the whole setting of the village.
