Food was made fresh and to our orders Location was fabulous...highly recommend. Right on Hardasherfjord. Room had a patio door that overlooked the fjord. Amazing views!!! I would definitely recommend....and will plan on returning

This is a very classy hotel located on the Sørfjorden, a narrow branch of the Hardangerfjord, so narrow that you can see across the fjord from your room. Setting is spectacular. Spa facilities were excellent with several pools, sauna, hot tub. We hiked from the hotel up through the apple orchards along a river valley to a waterfall, about 3h walk, not too strenuous with great views. Dining on site is lovely but expensive; there are other options near by.

great place. we had a cabin with a patio/balcony with great views over the fjord. everything you need in the kitchen, the dishwasher was very useful for a family. even the sauna was used. grocery store is near by

I loved everything. The location was stunning. Little log cabin house had everything I needed. I couldn't have chosen better. You can even order fresh rolls for breakfast at reception and there's supermarket 8 minutes driving away. Small thing to mention is that pressure in bathroom is very high, shower is really pleasant.
Beautiful location, the most pleasant unit. We stayed at the private cabin outside. The staff was very welcoming, and the cabin itself had everything we needed. The outside area is full of hidden gems and scenic spots. Only thing to note is that the mattress is very soft so take it into account if you suffer from back pains. Definitely recommend!

The location was awesome and the view was very spectacular. Every morsning we enjoyed our breakfast from the porch and a stroll close by offered fresh cherries, apple juice and ciders from the fields. Everything offered to you from stalls that you leave a few coins at. If you have a car, a lot of sights are close by and it’s convenient to buy groceries. Even though it’s a camping site it was very very calm. You don’t really hear or see the road below either.
