The newly built bathroom was clean. It might be difficult to access if you don’t have a car. A convenience store, a public bath and some good restaurants locate five mins away from the place. Good place for the price.

I literally liked everything The cleanses the beds the apartment and the stuff were very helpful and polite
also i liked the location ,,,, it far from center but its quite and calm and around it 3 to 4 market (one of them in front of you ) also near bus station (like 2 min by foot ) and for train station ( 10 by foot )
And the best thing it is very close to Arashiyama area

Jame san also come to see us at night to advise on everything and also explain on all lighting and electornics stuff work. - I like living and dining area which we can common use with our family. play game, chat. If you travel with family. this place is a perfect choice for you. - I stay here for 6 nights. Total 5 persons with 2 kids.

The hotel felt like it was brand new and it was super clean. We chose its location because it was in close proximity to Osaka castle and Dotonbori. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the luxurious amenities which were over and above.
It was very luxurious and very big room almost a suite. Had a balcony and settee as well as 2 big beds. It was in a good position reasonably close to trains and lots of shops. There were drinks available in the lobby each night which were free and well done.
Luxurious and high quality finishes. Rooms were spacious and furnished to an incredibly high standard, a true luxury hotel. Service was attentive and on point, the hotel is also beautifully designed throughout.
This is a beautiful 100 year old home that has been made into two townhouses/villas. It was very comfortable with two bedrooms and 2 toilets. The downstairs bathroom has one indoor and one outdoor private bathtub. The property manager came to provide an overview of the home, taught us how to make macha tea, and made sure we understood how to use the facilities in great English. She also made reservations for us for dinner and for getting cabs to take us to the train station the next morning.
Waking up in a traditional style living amongst the bonsai trees and bathing in the luxurious tub. The friendliness nature of the owner driving us around to get food from 7/11 so late at night when we arrived. Our flight was canceled so we needed somewhere to stay quickly. We were pleasantly surprised at Pine Villa. Thank you to accommodating owner. highly recommend!
