The accommodation offers free shuttle service, and luggage storage for guests. everything was accurate to the picture being shown, everything looks new. apartment was warm from the living room to even their shower. apartment was also equipped with sufficient cutleries and cooking ware. apartment is also equipped with two showers/ toilets (even one onsen)which is important for big groups. location wise, just slightly remote so driving is a must. But for the price point, definitely worth it. their recommendation for sports rental was also cheaper than the common brands and hassle free as they will bring the equipment down for sizing. Return is a breeze too as we just need to leave the items outside the apartment.
Sapporo
The spacious holiday home has 6 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave, a washing machine, and 2 bathrooms with a walk-in shower. Towels and bed linen are offered in the holiday home. Very quiet and serene part of town but also close to convenience stores and a supermarket/train stations (~10 minutes). House and rooms were large enough, and heaters kept the place warm. The owner was also very friendly.

Owner was very friendly, he prepared the house to us, removed the snow and put heater. Incredibly kitchen full equipped. And all house extremely clean.

Wonderful zen feel the moment we stepped in. Personalised impeccable service. Rooms were really spacious, luxurious and come w private onsen, private jacuzzi. Besides the outstanding breakfast and dinner (we got room rates with half board), we were also continuously pampered with free drinks, fruits, snacks and food. Located just across a small road and carpark to the Lake Shikotsu Visitor’s Center and main activities hub.
The apartment was really beatiful and luxurious, the host prepared it perfectly for our group. Water bottles in the fridge, coffee, toothbrushes etc. If I ever get the chance to go to Sapporo again I will try to get booked there again.

My stay at this studio was absolutely delightful. It was clean and thoughtfully organized. The amenities provided made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.The location of the house was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby Grand Hirafu and restaurants. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this studio and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and charming retreat. I can't wait to come back!
All the little details - greeting at the door, personalised checkin in our room with drinks and snacks. Staff were lovely. Stocked mini bar. Complimentary drinks and snacks in the lounge. The Kaiseki style breakfast in private dining area was amazing. Plus an indoor and outdoor private onsen in the room. The accommodation was very elegant and had a boutique luxury vibe. Loved the decor and the chairs in the tatami area were really comfy and sturdy. We'd stay again.

Wonderful hotel, good location, and helpful staff. The price for the rooms was fantastic value - much better than we expected. We paid for a luxury room and were not disappointed - we could have had a party.
The hotel is new, clean and convenient to shops and Shin Sapporo station. We like the separate bath and toilet. There is a mall next door and can get to the station side with a covered overpass. There is also a paid parking structure next door. There is also a bath in the hotel which was nice after a long day of sight-seeing. We chose this hotel as we didn't plan to drive into downtown Sapporo and it was a short drive to visit the Historical Village.
