I enjoy thé very affluent culture level of this house. It is like living as a shogun but in modern day! The Japanese style guest room is attached to the Western fireplace room which makes it very accessible for heating purpose. The overall feeling is zen and peace. The sunroom captures the morning sun extremely well that even in the -9 morning, it was warm. It was perfect for a couple getaway.

Good location, super close to the station and bus to the onsen. The Noboribetsu village is nice and quiet, at least in april. Super helpful staff. Nice capsule bed, that’s big and allows privacy. Kitchen is well equipped.

Location is good. Great starting point for a nice hike up the road to the trail start so you can visit the hot spring lake and also the Hell Valley" on the way back down and in to the village of Noboribetsu. Dining was superb for both breakfast and dinner. Each evening meal is in a small private room and the food was very varied and fabulous.

The onsen wasn't as luxurious as we thought it would be, but we had a good time. Bath was big and hot, with outside and inside variants. I definitely recommend the outside bath on floor 7 on the north building. Hotel even had karaoke rooms and some arcade and crane machines on floor B1. Food was all-you-can eat for both breakfast and dinner, which was really good and plentiful.

very well placed in the village, right at the start of the park walks. Our room looked out over Hells Valley. The swimming and onsen facilities were fabulous. The breakfast buffet was magnificent.

first off, the onsen are amazing. there are plentiful options and some of them offer a sensational view of the hell valley. however, given how good the view is and how big the hotel itself is, there’s naturally a lot of crowd. the rooms were typical luxury ryokan level and had practically everything you’d expect of them. there are a few game centers and souvenir shops inside the hotel itself which gives you a lot of options regarding what to do
