The house was in a modern style and very well outfitted with all the necessary items to cook, clean and entertain ourselves. There is a grocery store 200 meters away which was excellent. I strongly recommend this place.

The property also comes with a 32'' LED flat-screen TV and a washing machine. This location was incredible. It's such a pretty place, with hills all around and a gorgeous little beach down a path. The property owner met us at their offices on arrival and personally escorted us to to the property to show us around, which I appreciated a lot, especially since it might not have been obvious how to get there on our own at first. We stayed three nights. If you do nothing but hang around there (a valid choice) that would be enough time, but we zoomed all over the island and explored Caprera, too, so in the end we wished we had even more time to relax at Marginetto and float in the water.

Great deco, very comfortable for a short stay. Had everything you need to cook. Nice little bits to help you get along such as tea, water, and nice travel packs, we never ran out of water. We enjoyed cooking there.
