The owners are very welcoming and nice people. The owner was waiting for us at the entrance when we arrived. The owners are always in touch and ready to help. A quiet village near an ancient castle, an authentic place. The apartment has a gas boiler; it was quite cold outside, but the apartment had a wonderful climate. There is a local tavern nearby, it is very convenient and tasty. The kitchen has everything you need, all things are very new, not worn out. We had a nice chat with our neighbors. No problems with parking. The center of Rome is 1 hour by car. The town of Bracciano is 10-15 minutes away.

We highly recommend to visit La cerasa because you will be amazed by the view and kindness of the hosts.

Do not say that there is no air conditioning, believe me you will not need air conditioning or fan. If you have a car, this is a paradise for you. I will stay here again in my next visit. My son loved it, loved the garden, used the inflatable pool😂. The house has no shortcomings, if you wish, you can leave your car and go to Rome Ostiense for 1 euro per person and start your trip from the collesium or Valle aurelio and start with a trip to the Vatican. Here is a place that seems far away when you look at it, but it is so close and in an easy location. It definitely deserves 10 points out of 10 and even more.
