A little grocery store steps away has everything you need plus a great restaurant about 8 minutes away by car (and others just as close that we didn't try). Highly recommended.

Super clean, very spacious, and really cozy. We loved the fireplace and the host provided wood, kindling and firestarters, a full service. All appliances worked well, we had some fantastic lounging at the couch, watching TV in the evening. Easy to park the car in the inner courtyard. Host is very friendly, but not pushy and intrusive. Location is in the middle of a small village, but larger town with amenities (stores, restaurants, gas stations) is only a 5-minute drive away.

Beautiful Location: The hotel is situated in a stunning and remote area, offering picturesque villas. Serene Environment: Theoretically the setting provides a tranquil atmosphere, ideal for those seeking quiet time (not the case for our stay). Decent Breakfast: The breakfast selection is good, offering a variety of options.
The breakfast was delicious and bountiful. The room was large and had a balcony overlooking a beautiful scene. The bed was extra large and very comfortable. It was like staying at someone's private villa; historical, yet un-to-date inside. The town of Meran is outstandingly beautiful and perfect for taking long walks.
Very nicely finished apartment. Equipped with everything you could need. Within walking distance of the village center. Friendly host. The word "Luxury" certainly has its place.
Rosi was the owner of the villas, she's very nice and she would do anything she can to make your as 5 start hotel.

Apartment and facilities at Rouda luxury retreat really exceeded our expectations, especially the spa area.
Villa Rier is one of the best and comfortable stay in Alpe di Siusi. Check in process was seamless and the room was super cozy and sparkling clean, not to miss, the view from the room was breathtaking. The breakfast spread was enormous and luxurious. Everything was so tasty. The two girls (staff) taking care of the spread were polite with a smile on their face all the time. Blindly book this stay if it's available!
Great location, the people working there were really lovely and helpful, the room was very clean and the swimming pool and garden are the perfect place to relax after a day of walking. It is easy to access the city center walking, but equally the hotel is in a very nice relaxing area with beautiful gardens, villas and plantations all around it. We were also allowed to come with our big dog who was treated very nicely by everyone.
The location was great. The Hotel Anita is located in the middle of a residential area with lush gardens and 19th century villas. The garden is beautiful and the Rooms are quiet. At the same time, the hotel is located close to the center of Bolzano/Bozen with nice restaurants and all the other things you could possibly wish for.
It was just a blind booking we made to have one night stop somewhere, just to split up the long trip back home. And when we actually arrived to that luxurious villa, we really thought we did not get to the right place :-) The apartment is amazing! Very great value for the money we paid, and the view from the terrace to the wonderful apple trees orchards around was also amazing. For a small fee our dog was allowed to stay with us.
