It was a comfortable stay.The host Ramacharyulu garu is super duper friendly and arranged everything.He by himself went to hotel and ordered food for us as we arrived late night. Overall it was so good.

Royal Home Stay deluxe Room, a property with a shared lounge, is situated in Tirupati, 12 km from Renigunta Junction, 1.5 km from APSRTC Central Bus Station, as well as 1.9 km from Old Tirchanoor Road. The host was kind, helpful and accommodating. The property was spacious with a lot more amenities than expected - Kitchen with RO water facility (saves money on water bottles), dining hall, TV with streaming services available, AC room, all rooms were spacious, clean washroom, no unnecessary disturbance/house rules, late check out at no extra charge!! Could not have asked for more. Recommended for stay in Tirupati since this is close to the railway station, 10 min walk from Platform 6, add 5 more minutes if coming from Platform 1 of the railway station. Swiggy and Zomato delivery available, you can cook on the induction cooktop provided. Dustbins in each room, Water bottles and fridge available too. This felt like staying at a home, away from home. Undoubtedly exceptional!

It was a pleasant home-like experience. My mother liked it. All the amenities are provided . It is near the Highway, and 3 kms from the city center. You can definitely opt for it, if you plan to stay with family.

We prepared our food in this Inn avoiding outside food. We were provided with maximum facilities. In future also I will visit Simhagiri Holiday Inn again...... Thank you
