A good location for a relaxing holiday in Kintamani, Villa Jempana Kintamani is a villa surrounded by views of the mountain. The property features pool with a view, garden and parking on-site among other facilities. Featuring full-day security, this property also welcomes guests with a traditional restaurant and a sun terrace. All rooms come with a patio with views of the lake. We liked everything about this place - especially the view. We are sorry that we only booked it for one night. Our room was huuuge and everything in it was great. Breakfast fried rice is delicious, but a bit too spicy even for javanese tongue like mine. Everything goes well and nice. But the weather doesn't support us. Too bad it's cloudy, so we can't get the sunrise.

The courtyard and pools throughout the villas were superbly maintained. Loved just sitting on our verandah, relaxing and listening to the sounds of water from the fountains. Plenty of space including an armoire in each bedroom. Rooms were large enough to do yoga indoors and the verandahs spacious enough too. The pool was clean and continuously filtered (unlike many pools we've seen in Bali that are "clean" but not circulating). The staff was always present, friendly, and helpful.
I stayed in room A02 and it was very clean, roomy and modern with lovely local Bangli and Balinese touches. The bed was super comfy and the dinner and breakfast was very flavoursome and delicious. Wayan and his family are amazing hosts and I highly recommend Asli Villas! The huge garden is also divine.
Property with stunning views of the Batur river and mountains. Villas were spacious, clean and comfortable. Conveniently located if you are planning to go on Mt Batur sunrise hike ( which is a must do in Bali)
This is my second stay in Asli Bali Villas. I will leave another comment : it is impossible to oversate how great this place is. Beautiful premises, outstanding and very friendly service, great pool, good wi-fi, super-quiet, spacious and clean rooms, nice tours and activities for a very competitive price... Hands down and by far the best place in Bali for the price.
I had the pleasure of staying at this stunning villa in Bali, nestled near the mountains. The spacious rooms provided breathtaking views of the lake and mountains, boasting fresh and fragrant bedding that added to the comfort. The highlight was undoubtedly the private pool, offering a refreshingly invigorating experience. As dining options were limited within walking distance, the hotel helped arrange car bookings with locals. The use of WhatsApp for communication was incredibly convenient.
Almost like a private villa. The garden is beautiful, good view to the lake. Got internet connection. Bed was ok, you have warm water for shower.
Best location if you want to climb Mount Agung for the sunrise, or enjoy the ceremonies in the Besakih temple. We got the breakfast at noon when we returned from our hike which was very pleasant! I enjoyed the pool - little chilly which was great for my recovery swim after the hike :D Staff very helpful, helped us organise driver for the next day as its hard to get any in this locality. Tasty big breakfast, big pot of turkish coffee. Amazing view and pesceful location! The villas with pool view are wonderful!
The property was very quiet and relaxing. The pool was great and really clean. The views were amazing with the volcanos close by. The villas are on family property which is also farmed so it felt like being closer to Balinese culture than just being in a resort or something. We could actually watch the family preparing the land to plant the next crop of shallots.
Beautiful place with only 4 villas, quite a unique experience in the area. Private hot springs, very beautiful garden and amazing mountain views. Very helpful stuff, organised for us mountain trekking and other sightseeing visits.
First of all, I love this place! Beautiful location with an amazing view, super friendly owner that makes feel you part of it. Perfect place for relax, private pool access, near Mount Batur.
