Place is in a walkable distance from town, but still manages to be completely private. Walkable distance to tavernas, restaurants, bars, clubs, supermarkets, restaurants, and takeaways. Hosts were always on hand to assist with questions ( and when I managed to lock myself out ), nothing was too much hassle for them. Will definitely be returning, cannot wait.

Beautiful surroundings ,that is the stony relief of the island, a beautiful combination of the beige yellow gray of the earth with a wonderful blue of the sky. One could see as well a little part of the deep blue of the sea.

The property features garden and inner courtyard views, and is less than 1 km from Katsiveli Beach. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Villa Giulia was extremely accommodating. Any help navigating the island or recommendations on activities and beaches were readily available. Communication with villa Giulia was efficient and easy. The property itself was a great location located near the most popular beaches and the town center of Ios itself. I would definitely book here again if I return.

Beautiful little local beach about 5 minute walk away, port about 10 minutes walk. Villa was spotlessly clean, great facilities! Host Maroussa was so accommodating, recommended lovely places to eat and places to see. Always on hand for taxi service which was brilliant! Fantastic host

We like the structure for more reason:the position in the island is perfect for reach all the best location,the house was perfect. It’s big, clean and fresh also in the august. The landscape from here so amazing and the place is very quite. But we love the place first of all because the guest, Panos and his wife Eva, are two very kind person. We have many beautiful memories with them, like the long conversation but we love also their animals: Lava, the horse, that eats carrots by the windows, the small happy cats that run and play everywhere.In conclusion this place is pure love so we recommend it very.

Great restaurant and a nice beach (Psathi) in walking distance. Coming to Ios, we would chose the Anthoula's House again without any further thinking.
