The kids enjoyed the spacious basement while my spouse and I had the most spectacular view on the top floor! The private beach is to die for. And Nikki, the fabulous host, is a true diamond! She designed the property herself and is so gracious and kind. She is our family now!

Just 700 metres from Platanitis Beach in Nafpaktos, Venetiko Villas features four single luxurious villas surrounded by a grassy garden and sun terrace. The apartment was tastefully decorated and completely equipped with everything we needed. The host was beyond gracious and made us feel as if we were home! We will definitely return there and have recommended Venetiko Villas to our family and friends. This is how a vacation rental should be run!!! The house is great, beds are comfy, the kitchen is funtional and we appreciated having pots and pans there, there is a coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave oven and everything one might need. Our hosts also left a big bunch of goodies for us. The fireplace is not just for show, we were offered fire wood and made a nice fire one evening. The heating works really well and the temperature can be easily set by room. The place has 2 terraces, perfect to catch the sun both morning and evening. The hosts are super nice and helpful.
