Everything was wonderful. The environment was beautiful and peaceful, the hosts were kind and helpful and the accommodation was comfortable and delightful. We also really enjoyed the apple cider made on site!

magical home away from home. The hideaway is a luxury retreat. Every detail from the complimentary hamper to the fire pit and luxury products, made this mini break extra special. Katie and her family were fantastic and looked after our every need. Will definitely return.
The lodge and gardens were welcoming and peaceful. The surrounding countryside and villages are beautiful and the location well placed for visiting Frome, Wells Cathedral, Cheddar, Glastonbury and Bath. The lodge is a perfect cosy retreat and the covered outside area great on rainy days. We had a lovely family holiday.
Very beautiful and clean property, it really felt like a luxury retreat in the countryside. Breakfast was outstanding, plentiful and delicious. Various walking options possible from the b&b, Porlock Village (for eating out) were about 25 minutes walk away.
A quiet and nice little retreat. Peaceful and homey. You feel very welcomed and comfy. Nice beds. Everything is like it is presented on Booking.com. The retreat is located outside of the city centre among ordinary houses with regular villagers.
A stunning hotel with elegant and comfortable rooms. Our room was immaculately clean with a 4 poster and luxurious decor. The food in the restaurant was first class. The staff were so friendly and always keen to help. Dunster is a pretty, interesting village in beautiful countryside. A great base.
I lovely the homely feel and the beautiful little garden, the country fields and the cows mooing. A perfect retreat from city life. It’s really central for touring around Somerset and we loved all the towns and villages.
