The space was small, but perfect for two and had every appliance we needed for meals and hot drinks. The bathroom was clean and the shower heated quicker than ours at home. Llandrindod Wells had a few pubs and grocery stores that were close and convenient. Surrounding cities like Newtown, Rhayader, and Builth Wells were great for pub dinners.

We loved our time at Y Cwtch. It's a very peaceful area, surrounded by fields. The place was relatively comfortable and clean, anything you could expect from a countryside retreat and a great value for money, the outdoor jacuzzi was a great bonus and the hosts were very welcoming and nice.
We couldn't have asked for better, a very popular pub in a beautiful location. despite being very busy (it was carnival day in the village) the staff were calm warm and friendly.
Use your imagination and step back into another time. This is a wonderful old mansion built around 1810, which had not been lived in for 17 years and is currently being rescued by the hosts. So, some of the public rooms are yet to be restored. However, my room was splendid, with a marvelous marble bathroom. There are 6 acres of gardens also undergoing restoration, including outhouses to explore. Don't miss the old Japanese garden, slowly emerging from the ivy and stinging nettles.
Charming character accommodation in the centre of a wonderful village. Parking on site is included and breakfast was exceptional.
Peaceful location, but only a short walk into village. Beautiful views.
Homely pub, in a delightful and picturesque village. Lovely people and lovely room, which was tastefully decorated. Delicious evening meal and full breakfast, with a mug of really good coffee. Thank you!

Luxury stay, very clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Hosts were fab very friendly, and chatty nothing was a issue. Location remote which was perfect for us very quiet too which was great. Very warm and comfy Lovely drive into the village with shops, pub and a chip shop
We had a very enjoyable stay at The Dragon in the pretty village of Montgomery. Staff are friendly and welcoming, our vegetarian breakfasts and dinners were of a high standard. Our room was very pretty with a nice view over the village. Our bathroom had a huge bath in it, luxury! We did a very nice walk to Offa's Dyke from the village centre.
Very well maintained luxury cabin in an idyllic location. The park was peaceful and serene. The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were comfortable. There was no playground in the park but plenty of space for the children to run around and explore the grounds and adjacent river. The cabin was well situated and had a lovely view. I like the location, with a national park and lovely villages at our doorstep. We will certainly stay there again.
