Featuring a private pool, Villa Elina is 300 metres from Chlorakas Beach. It offers a fully equipped unit with spa bath and views over the Mediterranean Sea, the pool and the garden. Coral Bay Beach is 1 km away. We've spent a week here in January. The villa is looking located on the Paphos outskirts. Renting a car would be a good idea to visit places around. Still cafes are available nearby. I also liked the number of fruit markets, supermarkets around open in January. Agia Napa is just dead in comparison to Paphos at this time of the year. If you're into jogging/walking - a great concrete beach promenade is 100 meters away. Just be aware it lacks lightning after the sunset. Great route for up to 10K runs if you make a circle around an archeological site. View from the bedroom floor is great and rooms are really spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you would expect except for the dishwasher. Basic things like salt, sugar, olive oil, tea, coffee, some cereals will cover the first days of your stay. Filtered on-tap water is available. The pool is great and the area around is nice for sunbathing. Private parking for two cars. Last but not least. The host is just amazing. Kostas accommodated our early arrival and did everything to make sure our stay was really comfortable. This also included the supply of a really great wine (top 3% in the world) according to Vivino). Really appreciated.

Fitted with stone walls and beamed ceilings, all villas at De Michanna are bright. They open to a patio and a balcony with Mediterranean Sea, pool, mountain and garden views. Each consists of a seating area with a satellite TV and a kitchen with a stove. Some villas have a fireplace. everything the outside space was beautiful

We were welcomed by the owner himself - with tasty welcome gift. :) everything was prepared so that nothing was missing on the first day and in the morning (a treat in the fridge, water, eggs, juice, etc.). The owner showed the villa and explained everything (Additionally send all the information about best places in Cyprus and transportation options). Everything was perfect, very clean and tidy. The host even took us to a nearby LIDL store so we could buy everything while we sorted out the rental car. The owner also negotiated - that local car rental office would bring a rental car to our door and take it away after a period - Perfect! :) Cafes and restaurants are available in the area - a fresh fruit shop nearby at a intersection. The villa maintenance team constantly took care of the cleanliness of the pool and asked if any kind of assistance is needed. The owner of the villas - Constantinos and his wife is one of the best guest hosts we have met in our life. Thank you for a great holiday in Cyprus!;)

Ideally set in the centre of Paphos City, Royal Townhouse in Center Paphos is a recently renovated holiday home, which features free WiFi, a garden and free private parking for guests who drive. This holiday home offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. The property is non-smoking and is situated 700 metres from Vrisoudia Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our wonderful stay in the lovely house. The house is fully equipped and is also very clean. The nice boulevard of Paphos is within walking distance and also the shops to do your shopping are around the corner. Every morning we had a delicious breakfast with rolls from the bakery 500 metres away. In the evening, we often used the well-equipped kitchen to cook for ourselves. We stayed here in February so hanging out on a terrace for dinner was unfortunately not yet possible. The house has very good beds and a nice terrace all around the house where you can sit outside. We would definitely go back again! Oh yes and the landlord was also very helpful in answering our questions! The PDF with tips we received in advance was very helpful.

It was an amazing experience! The location of the apartment is excellent. You can park below and walk into city center. If you are doubting to stay close to the beach (tourist area) or downtown, I can recommend the latter. Michelle is a great host. Water (with and without bubbles), crisps and some nuts were even included. The apartment also has an elevator in the living room (1st floor) which you can also take to the bedrooms on the second floor. The bed was also amazing. We stayed with 4 people and all loved every second of it! In the mornings we had breakfast on the balcony, enjoying the sunshine.

With garden views, this accommodation offers a terrace. The property is non-smoking and is located less than 1 km from Paphos Municipal Baths. Very nice place, very nice location, very nice host. The comunication with Natalia was excelent, the house was cozy and tidy.
