The cottage is separate from the main property, and has a private carpark and private entrance. The cottage features an outdoor BBQ area and access to the back paddock.
The cottage features a patio. A microwave, a toaster and a refrigerator can be found in the kitchenette and there is a private bathroom. A flat-screen TV is provided.
The Breakfast options the hosts arranged and provided was great. They even took care of our dietary requirements for us no problem.

The property is non-smoking and is set 13 km from Rosebud Country Club. Absolutely beautiful accomodation, clean and very well set out. Can not recommend it higher enough.

Fantastic property with the most amazing views of the Mornington peninsula. The home was super clean and provided all our essentials. There was even two bottles of beer (on a hot melbourne day) waiting for us. A perfect retreat for a couple in summer or winter (has a fire place for those romantic cold nights). The host was amazing and responded immediately to any questions I had.
Our stay in the Villa Mallorca exceeded our expectations. We loved the Spanish style home with the wonderful pool and the amazing views. Our hosts went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and pleasing as possible. Would highly recommend to stay here for a wonderful spanish retreat.
These are wonderful villas, we hired them both and the hosts were super friendly and accommodating allowing us access between the two for the duration of our stay. The beds are super large and comfy and we slept so well in the luxurious bedding. The spa bath was an added bonus. All the equipment, fixtures and fittings are top quality. If we could we’d come back again - it’s a place dreams are made of. Thank you ☺️
We enjoyed the privacy that the Ocean view villas offered. Room was very spacious, comfortable bed , & clean. And it was a bonus to have the use of a laundry. The hotel was was very impressive with its smart design & decor. The restaurants & staff were both wonderful. And last but not least the pool & spa area was well worth spending a few hours at.

Amazing Couples only retreat. my husband and I spent 1 night in the Bowen Suite and loved every minute of it. The accommodation was luxurious and spotlessly clean. A wonderful place to relax and just enjoy the spectacular view. A great deal of effort has been put into making these suites a perfect getaway. Our thanks to the owners and staff.

Our stay at Mt Martha Villas was just perfect. The decor was modern and stylish, the facilities were very clean and tidy and the bed was so comfortable. High quality linen and big fluffy pillows. location was great for us , close to Rosebud, Sorrento and the hot springs. Communication from our hosts was friendly and often leading up to our stay. We had high expectations and were not disappointed.
