First at all the host, such a sweet mannered man he even presented us a welcome fruit plate. The villa is actually brand new, well organise and tastefully decorated, we even enjoy the in-house provided Karaoke. Top place to stay.

Amazing experience, Vi was so kind and helpful, she organised a boat trip around the floating village for us and came up with an itinerary to visit the outskirts of Chau Doc on motorbike that you can borrow directly from her. She also booked our bus for the next step of our trip which was very helpful. The room was great, very large, air conditioning and drinkable water dispenser available. Breakfast was delicious and Vi's mom read our palm lines the last morning which was a great experience. Overall great place and great people!

The owner of the homestay was incredibly kind and helpful. She assisted me in visiting both Cham village and Tra Su Forest. Additionally, she recommended a few places to enjoy local cuisine, providing a non-touristy experience. The room was clean and tidy. I highly recommend this homestay.

Absolutely everything was amazing! This family are so welcoming and kind and warm and created the most perfect local feeling for my stay in Chau Doc. I highly recommend cooking dinner with them each evening and asking for as many tips on what to do and see in the area as they are very helpful. They put me in touch with the nicest man named Thien who gave me a complete tour of the area including visiting floating fishing villages, rice paddies, the tra au forest, Sam mountain and its pagoda. There is no where else I would stay if I returned.

Very nice room, clean and quiet. The staff were nice and tried to help us. We rented a motorbike. The surrounding nature and the floating villages are beautiful, definitely go explore it on a motorbike!

I loved the wooden and bamboo room, with big comfortable beds, including mosquito nets. I really liked to cook with Diem, she taught us to prepare spring rolls and we fried them in a pan on a wood fire outside the house, everything typically Vietnamese! There is the possibility to have bicycles for free and ride around the village. Diem is very helpful and gave us a lot of advices, she also helped us with booking the bus tickets etc

We rented a whole villa which was supposed to have 3 bedrooms with A/C and private bathrooms. It turns out that the third bedroom was in the attic with only a little opening for a window. The A/C was very noisy and only worked intermittently. On top of it all, the bathroom was located on the ROOF and it can only be reached by walking across the roof and out in the rain! Finally the property is located on a Main Street where large trucks pass through at all hours of day and night.

The family who runs this homestay is absolutely amazing. They have been so lovely with our daughter and even provided small breakfast and arranged a very local and unique tour for us to see floating villages. One of the best places to stay in vietnam

We stayed at the Chau Doc Homestay for 3 nights. We arrived at 3am unexpectedly and she still organized a taxi to come pick us up. We could easily rent a motor bike for 2 days. On one day, the host took the time to show us around a farming village and their farming fields. She explained us how they sow the seeds, pluck them and bring them to the market. We also cooked dinner with the family. Overall, it was a great and homely stay. We would recommend this place for anyone staying in Chau Doc.
