Excellent, but no facilities for wheelchair users or the impaired, bed was a challenge because of the large base, I’m imp aired so was not a good experience, the sofas were too deep and also caused me problems, if your young and fit I recommend, if like me couldn’t get out of the pool without help

Huge villa with huge rooms and very nice owners! This villa has a lot of facilities: deep pool with lights, billiard, huge LED TV with karaoke system and 2 microphones, disco lights, jacuzzi etc. There was even a koi pond!! Amazing ☺️ All rooms were clean, sheets had very nice smell, my friends loved it so much. All air conditioners worked very well. The toilet rooms were spacious. There were kitchen utensils too, so it was very convenient.

Really private pool and villa , private pool is a good size is pretty deep at one end, it could do with modernisation but the price you pay it’s good value for money would definitely stay again. Breakfast was adequate and found tasty enough
The main pool is nice and the restaurant and common area are pretty with lots of seating. If the property was well maintained and the villas actually had the privacy advertised, this would be a nice place.
This place is very nice. The best part is definately the private pool, which is clean and decent size.
The villa was spacious with separate toilet, bathtub and shower areas and pool access directly from the shower.
Breakfast had a nice variety of items.
The area has many services and is walking distance from Terminal 21 and the beach road.
The villa is neat and clean, well organized and maintained. The most attractive thing is the private pool. Size is perfect for a couple but needs a water heating system over there. All required items are almost available in the room. Will suggest keeping a beach bag, umbrella and beach towel.
Rooms are spacious but I think tv is required. There is a smart female receptionist at the lobby. She is very very helpful. I was facing difficulties to purchase a bus ticket. She helped me a number of times. I will definitely thank her.
Beachfront villa : good room size with great privacy; comfy bed; spacious bathroom; nice patio and pool area (spent most of our time there); free mini bar was a plus.

We stayed in one of the Pool Villas in August. The room was spacious and clean as was the bathroom. It was clean and decently decorated. Could do with a sitting area inside the room where you can eat, otherwise it’s on the dressing table behind the bed. The room service was the same price as the restaurant, quite inexpensive, but the food was average.
Very luxurious feel about the place it was the highlight of our holiday .
