Stayed in 1-bedroom apartment on 2nd floor which was spotless, well equipped and very spacious - photos are accurate but the place feels even better in person (nice design/luxury feel). Balcony is large and the outside bath very nice - overlooks a quiet garden/trees so also very private (and is North facing so doesn't get too hot). Huge windows (fully opening) in both rooms. Large bathroom and shower. All facilities (hot water, fridge, kitchen equipment, A/C, wi-fi) worked flawlessly. Check-in (by key code) and check-out very straightforward with good comms.

Awesome place in a fantastic location. Really spacious and comfortable with a lovely private pool. Breakfast, which was included for everyone, was great. Fab staff who gave us a lift to the airport for free when we left. Perfect for larger groups. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. They even had karaoke equipment!

Thank you to Lucy and staff for a warm welcome and wonderful stay. The villa is perfectly located in Chang Mai. Very comfortable and clean with amazing staff. A great place to relax in the evenings, the kids loved the pool after a day of sigh seeing. The host was quick to reply and getting into the space was easy. The house is fabulous for a large family. We were 11 and the open space in the main area was great for hanging out with a large group. The bedrooms and bathrooms are great for a large group. We got breakfast included with this booking and it was really great to have a large breakfast to start each day. It was within walking distance of lots of massage places, coffee shops, restaurants, and markets. We loved being in the Nimman area. Highly recommended.

The staff is particularly caring and helpful, I think you can just about ask anything. The rooms are spacious and overlook a luxurious garden in which the tropical trees mingle with the sculptures. Inside feels like a modern art gallery, every corner is a discovery. The rooftop pool is filtered with salt and offers a gentle relief after a long day visiting the beautiful Chiang Mai area. An absolute must see.
The Hideaway is peaceful and the villas are nicely built and comfortable with Netflix and air conditioning. The pool and surrounds were absolutely lovely and peaceful. The cafe Wild Thyme next door does excellent food at a good price. Check in was easy. Great for those who want a short relaxing stay outside the hustle and bustle of the city of Chiang Mai.
Wow, this resort was awesome! So quiet and tranquil. The villas with private pools made us feel like celebrities. The decor in the rooms was gorgeous. And the staff were so helpful and friendly. I didn't want to go home. Also loved ordering room service, fair prices for delicious food.
This is a resort to enjoy as a point of relaxation and total tranquility. If you want to party, do not come here. They have around 20 beautiful villas with private swimming pool for each. For us it was great. However, you will not see many other guests; I don´t know why, but we stayed for a week and had the feeling we were alone. Tom the manager took really good care of us and whatever we asked for in terms of travel and entertainment, he delivered.
Great location, very close to the heart of Chiang Mai. Extremely friendly staff gave us a great welcome and really went the extra mile helping with tours. Good sized villa with a very private pool and a huge bath indoors.

I stayed one night at Villa Thapae. Although it was a very short stay but was a very pleasant experience. The room is tastefully decorated, and I felt very relaxed staying in this place. Although it is not a luxury hotel, the environment gives you the feeling of staying at a luxurious hotel. I especially liked the direct access from the room to the pool.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is well secured and the access to the hotel in the night (when gates are closed) needs the access card to enter.
