Hi, I'm just back from three days here with my wife, and all we can say is just wow!! The property is amazing, clean, private parking private pool, aircon was brilliant. Restaurant next door, Lidl 5min away and so is a massive shopping mall. The host was extremely helpful and kept in touch throughout our trip to make sure everything was OK. We will definitely be back again.

The villa is located in a quiet part of Santo Tirso, with a fantastic spacious garden and all the facilities you would need for a very relaxing stay. The hosts are very accommodating, communication was excellent and they strived to ensure our stay was a comfortable one. The villa had everything you'd need, was cool and spacious with plenty of room for the kids. We were not bothered or pestered even though someone lived above. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay again for our next visit.

The room was perfect, big enough for 2, airconditioning fiction perfectly, staff was friendly and the breakfast was just enough!
The B&B is modern, clean and the location is also perfect for those who want to have a look at the village centrum by foot.
My husband, 4 year old son and I spent 2 nights at 8 Villas in July 2023 for a wedding, and loved our time there. The hotel staff are so friendly and accommodating. It had a professional vibe, with a pleasant family touch that you don’t get often. The breakfast was really nice and had a good selection each day (including made to order omelettes etc). The town is really pretty and people were really friendly. We would definitely stay again and thanks to Nelson and company for a nice stay.
Everything! Staff, food, room with the private pool, sauna… 3 days at this place was the perfect start of our Portugal roadtrip. Incredibly peaceful, you forget where you are, no need to leave this amazing place during your stay.

very beautiful location with astonishing views over the wineries, very large villa (living room a bit smaller, bedrooms very spacious), bathrooms very clean, kitchen fully equipped with icecube-maker and drinkable tap water and from the fridge, swimming pool with stairs on 1 side (not heated by the way but very nice and clean), comfortable lounge chairs and sun beds in the yard. the house had an old smell to it but everything is renovated and new. Pedro and Ana are very friendly and warm and especially welcoming.
