Location is good. Very near to beach. The facility is very good. Especially the swimming pool is fantastic. Design of the house is quite nice.

    The property is located fantastically if you want to turtle watch. The turtle reserve is just a short drive down the road. The luxury rooms are amazing - very big, clean and modern. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic.

    The villa is absolutely fantastic - spacious, clean and so elegant! Inside and outside cozy and boutique designed, with nice warm outdoor pool. Great location, so peaceful and quiet!

    It’s right next to a beautiful beach strip, inside a village that is mostly in ruins but the hotel is new and impeccable. The staff are very nice and caring. The terrace offers a gorgeous view on the sea. It’s a wonderful place to crash for a night or two if you’re going to Wadi Shab/Wadi Tiwi!

    We did night and morning tour, seeing turtles both times. Only a 10minute walk to the beachfront to see the turtles. Breakfast and dinner was very good, lots of selection.

    Comfortable villa with several sea-view rooms in a beautiful location on a rock overlooking a private beach located 500m from Wadi Shab entrance. Our host was super nice, arranged a local-style dinner and continental breakfast and also spent a day as our guide in Wadi Shab at a very reasonable price (12 OMR). We enjoyed his company tremendously and the wadi visit was one of the best experiences in Oman.

    Comfortable, clean and quiet villa at walking distance of the amazing Wadi Shab. Very friendly host answering questions within hour max. Two bathrooms, refreshing swimming pool, good wifi connection, spacious and comfortable beds.

    Large clean rooms with very good air con. Fridge and kettle in room. Breakfast included cereals, omelettes, breads, juice, teas and pancakes. Free tea available at reception all day. Very close to turtle reserve so location for turtles was excellent but there is not much in the surrounding village. Dinner can be pre-ordered here also but there is a restaurant in turtle reserve too.
