We had one of the best Sri Lankan breakfasts here. The staff and the cook gave their best for us and were friendly and welcoming. We were happy to stay there, thank you :)

It's an amazing super comfortable villa with everything you need. The ocean is just within 5 minutes walk, the food city is round the corner. WiFi was excellent for online work, kitchen had all the necessary and both the owner and the manager did everything to make our stay even more comfortable. Everything was fantastic. The onsite staff were very helpfull and onsite chef bought/collected and cooked amazing meals for us throughout the stay. We were only charged for the actual purchase price of the drinks and food so it was very well priced. The site is huge and it is like being in your own massive hotel. I could not recommend this place more.

The room (king suit with sea view) was amazing, beautiful, luxury, clean. The staff attentive, smiling, always notes details about your preferences and makes your stay so comfortable and unforgettable. For example, when we stayed in swimming pool chairs for a long time, they moved the board with dinner options there (so you do not need to ask for a menu). This was so attentive from their side. We had 2 guys in our villa only for us. No other people were there. You feel like a king)

Close to the beach, a supermarket is within 100 meters. AC in 2 bedrooms and powerful ventilators in the main room. The kitchen is well equipped. Blossoming flowers in the lake next to the house were also great to see. There had been a concern about mosquitos, but they haven't been an issue. I'm very satisfied with the apartments.
