We spent an absolutely amazing two days at this villa.
All the furniture is new, comfortable bed, soft pillows, the house and grounds are clean and well-groomed.
The hosts are very responsive, if something was missing, they provided everything.
We recommend this place for a long stay for families and couples in love.

Good location to the city. Have to say the manager and the staff are quick to respond to issues and resolve them quickly. They are super friendly and approachable. They try to do their best to make your stay comfortable. But the hotel need serious investment to refurbish and re decorate, it has true potential to be a luxury hotel in Batticaloa.
Juda was very welcoming, showed us all there is to do around the area, breakfast was delicious, omelette with fresh fruit juice, toast and tea.
The villa is just a short walk to the beach, you can rent bikes from there to see the town.
Beds were good and toilet clean and tidy.
The first impressions were great and one of the most calm and relaxing places I have been to. The place is full with great hospitality and they were so nice and accommodating. One of the best beaches in Sri Lanka and the beach is just near to the Villa. Very much affordable rates and it’s worth to the amount you pay.
