Wonderful house built by the owner Yasushi-san. Two comfortable bedrooms and more sleeping room on the 2nd floor. Heating system was working very well and kept us warm throughout our stay. It has all the essentials you need on holiday to cook and for entertainment. Wonderful location just beside Cortina resort. It is also possible to ski home directly from the slopes to the doorsteps! You can get discount vouchers from the owner for rentals and the shop. Audio for Onsen and lift tickets. The owner went the extra mile to help get snow socks for my car when it was stuck in heavy snow. We plan on coming back to stay one summer!

The house was comfortable. Located among private houses, the location was serene and a real retreat for a break.5 minutes by car to Tsugaike Kogen ski resort made it abreeze to drop off skiers and pick them up when done! The heating was perfect and never too drying and the washing machine and dryer was marvellous. The kitchen was fully equipped and we actually made dinner in the house as going out at night in the snow didnt sound appealing! Mr Kudo lives next door and always available if needed. he even ofered to drive us around.

Magnificient view and surrounding. The property was covered in snow when we arrived. It is quite close to tsugaike and iwatake mountain resort. Wish we could have spent longer there. Rossi was very attentive and helpful.

Hosts were so helpful, kind and easy to deal with. Great house and such great value. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Thank you for having us for the week, we had a great time and enjoyed the ski resorts and the town of Hakuba. Only note would be suggest you hire a car as not much in the village of Iwatake, hosts even arranged us a hire car through a company and had it dropped to our door - no hassles at all, and so helpful and convenient. Hosts were open to assisting with everything we needed - even assisting with booking a restaurant reservation. We cannot wait to come back!!!

Location is great, few minutes walk to bus stop and Iwatake Gondola. The view is beautiful. The Villa is homey, well heated and very comfortable. Fukushima-san is VERY kind and helpful. We arrived late but he was very patient - he picked us up, drove us to Rythm to rent ski gears and helped us to shop at supermarket. He was always there when we needed help. My kids loves him and the place. Fukushima/san and the villa is the highlight of our Hakuba vacation!
