everything was accurate to the picture being shown, everything looks new. apartment was warm from the living room to even their shower. apartment was also equipped with sufficient cutleries and cooking ware. apartment is also equipped with two showers/ toilets (even one onsen)which is important for big groups. location wise, just slightly remote so driving is a must. But for the price point, definitely worth it. their recommendation for sports rental was also cheaper than the common brands and hassle free as they will bring the equipment down for sizing. Return is a breeze too as we just need to leave the items outside the apartment.

We love it here!!! feels at home and so comfy. We had the entire Villa by ourself.....no complaint! we reached Niseko passed mid night due to snow storm from Eastern Hokkaido, but they still accommodate our late request...all is good and will consider this place again if we come to Niseko in future....
loved the location, onsen and room. went in april and the hotel was almost empty, no one at the onsen or gym at all. felt so private. staff was helpful and room was luxurious
My stay at this studio was absolutely delightful. It was clean and thoughtfully organized. The amenities provided made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.The location of the house was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby Grand Hirafu and restaurants. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this studio and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and charming retreat. I can't wait to come back!
Comfortable, good size rooms, quiet and dark. Food good in buffet. Location great for Niseko (tourist) Village but everything bar two hotel restaurants closed during our stay so little point to be here. However staff went out of way to support family. A big thank you! Location to gondola perfect but if your kids are at Go Snow better stay at Hirafu. Staff really were very helpful and kind! Free snowball makers and sledges.
The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Driving you to the slopes or into Hirafu village a couple of nights a week. The breakfast buffet is great and the perfect way to fuel up before a day of skiing. The lodge also attracts fun social people so I made some great friends while I was there!

This is an excellent hotel and really exceed my expectation. The view from my room is so mesmerising with Mt. Yotei.
Though I have visited an other ski area, the Green Leaf just takes you one second to the Niseko Village ski resort.
