This property was fantastic, from colour palette decor to the comfort of the furnishings and the e exquisite ocean views from the bedroom. I needed to book a room last minute, and Aaron who is the property owners & Booking host seriously went above and beyond. His communication was 10/10 and made sure we had a smooth check in, a comfortable stay. He spoke us through the whole process, from payment to getting to the security gate and checking in to letting us know our security deposit had been release. We would definitely book to stay here again at Irie Vibes Ocean View again and we would highly recommended this property. Oh did I mention this property is in a serene gated development with a beautiful infinity pool and mini mart onsite and even has a private beach. This property was exceptional value for money. We loved everything about the property. The townhouse was fantastic, with a stunning ocean view as promised. The beach/pool area was just perfect - quiet, lots of space, and easy swimming. Finally, the staff was incredible. From Marie who handled the booking, to Mr. Brown, the manager, who made sure we had everything we needed, to Nie, our most excellent driver - everyone (including groundskeeper and housekeeper) provided an amazing level of service, care, and attention!

I loved the location on the 7 mile beach. I could have my day at the beach or the pool provided by the little Bay County Club. I also , liked having a balcony off of my bedroom to go and sit in the evening. Anywhere I wanted to go nothing was too far to get too. The property is quiet and the grounds are very well kept. The property has security 24hours which is very good.

We stay in cottage 8 with the pool view and it was just breathtaking. We had complete privacy and that was a plus. If you like nature and the rustic vibe then Villa Sur Mer is the place for you. It was an exceptional experience and we can't wait to plan our next trip there. Thanks to all the amazing staff there as well. They were all accommodating
