Security would not let us in as they had no information on us staying there. We waited over an hour before someone came to our aid. This was not a good start to the weekend.
I would stay there again as the venue was nice, and clean and in good decorative order.

As my family and I walked in there was a lovely calmness about the property.
We all oohed and aahed around the property because we were impressed with the decor/layout and sizes of the rooms.
The pool, while not up to our standards, was a short walk from the property and was in a nice set up where you could eat and hang out with family and friends.
The location felt more like the US than Jamaica however once you passed through the gates, there was no doubt about where you were.
The location was great in distance to eateries, town and most importantly, beaches and there are a few.
All in all, I would rate this property 10/10

Everything!! This studio has several great thing to have in mind. 1. The view! Is Gorgeous and is really nice to have a balcony with this view. 2. The condominium is quiet and far enough from the noise of hotel zone but close enough to everything! 3. The owner and the host are always checking on guests if there’s anything they need. Very helpful if you don’t know how to turn on the AC. By the way they just change for a new A/C that works perfect. 3. You will find all the tools to cook, there’s to hot water , refrigerate and an electric grill that’s is great is you want to prepare your breakfast. Bathroom is beautiful, lots of towels for pool and shower. 4. The people that works on the area condominium are very kind and helpful is you has something to ask.
Blue mountain is a nice tour to make a bicycle ride they offer food and coffee bring a poncho or something for the rain there is always a little of rain.
Dunns river fall is also a nice experience and is very close from the apartment.
I will recommend our friend Stalin that was amazing with us driving us to all the tours , good places to eat and buy groceries, he know all the area very well and was incredible helping us to any questions about the places we want to visit. There are tours that is better to go this way you have an agent like Stalin that can take you everywhere without having to worry about timing tours and crowded groups. Great location with easy access to all amenities. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Everything you need and expect is in the kitchen and bathroom. Lovely balcony with seaview. So lovely and quiet and secure. The host was very helpful and approachable. Everything was in working order. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and would book again. It was great to book an apartment that ticks all the boxes. 😀

Jam Vibes was a lovely villa. Very comfortable felt like you were at home. The host was excellent. Greeted us with complimentary snacks and drinks. Contactable throughout out our stay. Location excellent.
We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The villa was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Little backyard was great and had some very nice amenities such as the laundry room. We felt safe and secure in the nice gated community. The villa well suit our needs for this stay with our family.
Cozy Villa is a real find in Ochos Rios. Tucked away in a safe gated community, it's super close to some great food spots. We had a blast there, especially with all the must-have stuff like a fully loaded kitchen and AC in the bedrooms. Perfect spot for couples or small families looking for a comfy getaway.
The first thing I noticed upon arrival was how immaculately clean the entire place was; you could literally eat off the floor. The villa is well equipped and had just about everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet at all times of the day, which I loved. The host, Carleen, is a gem. She didn’t get to come by but ensured everything was in place prior to my arrival. She also kept in touch with me to ensure I was okay and enjoying my stay 😊

The location was more beautiful than the pictures! We had a wonderful time here. Everything was beautifully laid out and the location was easy to access. We had quick access to all the attractions in the area and were excited to come back to the villa at the end of the day. We can’t wait to visit again.

The pool was great and we had an amazing time here. It is close to Ocho Rios with loads of activities nearby. There was Aircon in the rooms and we felt very secure and safe at all times
