Puri Sedana Villa in Ubud is a lovely family-owned place, full of beautiful flowers and greenery. They are currently expanding with new villas behind the main house. Only one villa is ready at the moment, which is where we stayed.
The setting is perfect for anyone who loves being close to nature. Just be aware that you might encounter some insects, which is to be expected in such an environment. We also had a few lizards visiting the kitchen at night, but they were cute and harmless (as long as you don’t mind them!).
Everything was kept very clean, with daily housekeeping unless you request otherwise.
The breakfast was excellent, with fresh coffee, tea, and juice, a small smoothie bowl, a fruit plate, and a choice of main dishes like pancakes, noodles, rice, or a more international option with omelet and bread. We didn’t try the rice, as we preferred the noodles, which were so good that we even ordered them for dinner (for an additional charge). The price for dinner was very reasonable, and I highly recommend their noodles over instant supermarket ones. The owners were also very thoughtful – one morning, we had to leave at 2 am for a tour, and they prepared breakfast for us the night before to store in the fridge. This was a lifesaver, as some people on our trek struggled without having eaten.

Add a lovely infinity pool to the mix and you have a mini paradise! Our spacious, beautifully furnished villa had gorgeous views from every window. Tirta Sari is a very special retreat!

We had a wonderful stay at The Banana’s Kumbe Villa, surrounded by rice paddies in a peaceful rural location. Our Villa was beautifully furnished, with a large and luxurious bathroom, and a comfortable bed. Our hosts could not have been more friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, and included eggs, bacon, pastries, fruit and freshly squeezed juices. Highly recommended for excellent value and a more authentic Balinese experience than found in the larger cities.
The Villas are soooo spacious and beautifully designed. Mine looked out onto the rice paddy and the jungle — the garden arond the n\villa is gorgeously tropical too.
Everything was far beyond amazing , the staff was very attentive and on a timely manner. we stayed in 2 Villas The Beetle was my Favorite. it’s truly a beauty, I had contacted the property to have a flower pool set for a special occasion and the staff had it done fast and efficiently before the deadline . overall a 10/10 stay.
Eco Six was fantastic could not have wished for more , the Villa, the staff , the breakfast, the view from our roof top pool and the greatest person drove us anywhere we wanted for 3 days.
