Fantastic villa / kind of private hotel with 3 women from the village taking care of house, doing the dishes, pool and garden. Making daily breakfast or (as we skipped breakfast) made lunch. We stayed with 2 people, so got one bedroom. Bloo Lagun beach for snorkling, with a small but fine warung, is on the other side of Padangbai (don't take a boat from the harbour, just walk or drive yourself). Our contact with the host, Emelia was very good, she helped and adviced us with driver/ taxi and the planning of some activities. Also helpfull when we needed a doctor. First we stayed a week. A week later, when our travel plans changed, we just decided to return for some more days. This villa is a good place to find some days rest during / after travelling in busy Bali or Indonesia.

We were greeted by the host who was really helpful in helping orgnaise a transfer from the ferry - as it is a little hard to find. The place is absolutely idyllic, the views from the terrace are stupendous, particularly in the morning with mists giving really magical feel. You are very isolated so there is menu you can chosse from (great quality food) and the host comes and cooks an excellent breakfast in the morning! The sauna was a surprising joy - who would have thought that in 32c you would want to get even hotter and then cool down?

Our stay at Black Pearl was great. The villa is amazing and huge, even bigger than I thought. This was our 3rd time in Bali and all we wanted for this time was a balinese style villa by the beach a bit more far from the busy areas so we can relax and also explore east Bali. It was exactly the dream place we were looking for. I cannot think about anything that could have been better. Very big rooms decorated in balinese style, open living room, very exotic garden and surrounding arreas with palm trees and lush vegetation, big swimming pool, kitchen equiped with everything you would need, possibility to order food at villa.
You cannot swim in the sea in front of villa due to very strong stream but the beach is great for long walks or sunbathing. Bias Tugel beach is 15 min walk where you can swim in the sea.
Perfect for working remote with plenty of spaces dedicated for work.
The staff Kadek and Bayu were very friendly and always happy to help with anything. Easy to communicate with them and they always responded our text messages within minutes. The place was kept clean and tidy. We are highly considering coming back next year.

The property was amazing, the photos do not do it justice. Very clean and spacious. The pool was great and clean. Dewa was amazing, from preparing breakfast to picking up takeaways in the evenings. Well stocked with refreshments that were not overpriced. Driver arranged through villa was very accommodating and knowledgeable

The location was wonderful, right on the edge of the main restaurant area, so everything was walkable, but it was just a little removed, so super quite and with a lovely view over the growing area of Sidemen. The food at the restaurant was of a high quality and presentation was also lovely. All the staff here go beyond to be friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We would come back and stay here in a heartbeat

This was our favorite accommodation in Bali. The villas are exceptional. Beautifully designed, private yet nice open and airy feel, perfectly integrated with the beautiful landscaped garden & outstanding water views. Service was faultless. Food/breakfast was good. Great pool area & kids loved the water slide. The location is nice too, closer enough to walk to blue lagoon beach or padangbai, but far enough to feel private & quiet.
Great value too - we stayed in places 2-3x more expensive that are nowhere near as nice..
Amazing location, very relaxing, villas have so much character, beautiful views, staff were so helpful and welcoming, went above and beyond to ensure our arrival and departure was smooth, helped to book ferry tickets and more!
Spacious private villa with amazing sea view, generous breakfast included in price. We very much appreciated free shuttle to the Padangbai harbor, as we’ve been moving to Gili the next day. But before that we enjoyed luxurious spa treatments in very good price. The staff was very professional, but friendly and helpful.
