Fantastic property! The kitchen is fully equipped, especially extra points for the ice cube maker in the fridge 😃 There are everything what you need for a pleasant stay, from towels, hairdryer to PlayStation etc. We used the grill as well, it is amazing to sit outside with your friends enjoy the food and drinks beside the palm trees and kiwi tree. We really liked the stay here, the apartment is very spacious and has everything you need (even first-aid kit, needles, anti-mosquitos, etc.), the grill was great, kitchen fully equipped (just I would personally prefer different wine glasses, but that's just me). The view is super! Lots of places where to sit and relax. For 2-4 people it is really great.

Everything is as shown in the photos. The owners are very approachable and friendly. While a dishwasher would be a nice addition, it wasn't necessary for our short stay. Besides that, the kitchen is very well-equipped with more than enough glasses, cups, plates, and other utensils.

This place was spectacular! Beautiful location looking both at the sea and the mountains, the gorgeous villa was surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, a pool with all the facilities and balcony view for days! You can feel all the love and care the hosts are investing in this villa - bedsheets that smell of flowers, a well mended garden, breakfast, etc. Highly recommended for anyone in the area!
Excellent location for those who travel with their dog. Stepping out from the Villa, you can hit the promenade, walk hours by the sea, stop by nice dog beaches, great bars, coffees and restaurants with a sea view or terrace allowing dogs. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable, dog friendly. The Villa is always very clean and apartments are well separated so all guests have their own private space. The Owner is often around with a helpful and kind attitude, also adores dogs.
Impeccably clean. The host was very polite and helpful. It’s tastefully furnished. The beach is 5 minutes away. Also, the position of the villa is perfect for a nice walk to Opatija. Just park your car and enjoy the walk.
We were a family of 2 adults and 2 small kids that stayed at the Villa for a week. We had a lovely stay and felt very comfortable. The little villa was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a terrace with bbq and table where we enjoyed our meals. The pool area was clean with a nice view. The host was very helpful and friendly and quick to help if we had any issue.
I recommend this place and Would definitely stay here again!
An amazing place, with a beautiful view and adequate facilities that allowed us to enjoy the weather and the beautiful surroundings. Most importantly, however, are the hosts who make up this place : friendly, open and very helpful. This was our first stay in Croatia and certainly not our last. We will return to Villa Chiara again for sure. ☺️ We rate this place 10/10 by the hosts who treat the guests like their family.
