This is the perfect place for those looking to be in a place full of beauty, privacy and quiet yet close to everything. First line to the water, but unlike the options in the fishing villages that are right on the water, this place is slightly elevated and this allows privacy even if people are passing by (very rare). There is a nice sandy beach within walking distance and if you continue you can reach Pollonia and on the way find very beautiful spots. There is an amazing view from the balcony and also from the bed and the kitchen towards Kimolos Island. The place itself very clean. we had all the equipment we needed and received a quick response if needed.

We stayed here in August and Antonio was the best host. He gave us some fresh tomatoes and vegetables from his farm and we were made to feel so welcome. The boathouse was our favourite place to stay while in Greece! Parking was easy, just off a side street. The doors to the boathouse open right to the water and we started each day with a swim. It had all the amenities we needed for our four nights, and a bottle of wine was waiting for us upon arrival. Walking distance to the strip of restaurants in Pollonia - pick any of them for a meal, you can't go wrong. We even took pizza back to the boathouse one night, from Alkis!

Everything was absolutely incredible at Costa Mare!! The host and staff were so kind and helpful. The house itself is decorated so well and very chic. They have everything you need, from a fully stocked kitchen to cook in (with a free welcome fruit basket), high quality toiletries from Korres, daily housekeeping, and a fantastic view from the living room. It’s also perfectly located walking distance from Pollonia.
