Mr Stratos meet us at the property to provide us with a detailed tour and left us the keys. The property was very comfort, exceptionally clean and Mr Stratos was very welcoming/friendly and very much available to us should we have any questions and or queries. He kindly gave my grandson a soft turtle and myself a beautiful birthday cake towards the end of our stay. The property was cleaned every 3 days to an exceptional standard. The pool area was very well catered for and our holiday stay manager Maria was brilliant enabling us to keep in touch about anything that came up - resolving questions/queries within minutes. A huge thank you to all the team for helping to make our holiday so memorable.

Great place to stay! Beautiful and brand new villa. Very peaceful and quit place, but still just 5 minutes away (by car) from the centre of Tsilivi, where all the restaurants, shops and beach is located. Very friendly & helpful hosts. We could contact them at all times for information about restaurants or excursions. We will come again.
The villas are new and exceptionally-well maintained by Spartakos and his family. They made us feel very welcome and were super-friendly throughout our stay. The location is excellent (though you do need a car to get anywhere), and the view from the patio/pool area was beautiful. The AC worked really well and the The villas are secluded and not overlooked, and we had great neighbours during our stay with everyone respecting each other's privacy and there was no antisocial noise or behaviour.
The location was ideal! The residence is located on a hill right on top of the town of Tsilivi, which gave us privacy while also having access to all the bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The rooms and common spaces were luxurious, clean and spacious and overall the house was equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay! Our favourite part was the private pool - perfect for lounging all day! Highly recommended this place for families and big groups!

The pool area was a paradise offering a perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. The outside space was vast and provided plenty of room for a family group of 19 to be together.
The host was very helpful and upgraded us to the deluxe villa as it was available.
The host accommodated an hour late check out.
My rating for the villa is 10+!! One of the best villas in Zakynthos. A unique place conductive to relaxation and romance. Large prive yard with all amenities and pool. Everything is new, good furniture and lightening inside and outside the house. It is uniquely beautiful even at night. The feeling of satisfaction is also achieved by the manager of the villa Reizi Tsaousi. Thank you for the experience. We will be back soon!! ❤️
Just back from the most relaxing stay in one of Zante Prime Villas. We were two families, eight in total. The villa was the perfect accommodation for us, we had everything we needed. There was plenty of room both indoors and outside and plenty of activities in the villa to keep everyone entertained (table tennis, pool table, heated swimming pool, Netflix!).
It really was fantastic, so clean and welcoming.
